What happens on the call
- It says straight away that it's an AI assistant, and that the call may be recorded.
- It asks what the problem is.
- It takes your name, what the job is, where it is (postcode, street or area) and how urgent it is. It asks if the number you're ringing from is the best one to call you back on.
- It reads the details back once, so you can correct anything.
- It says the owner will call you back, asks if there's anything else, then ends the call.
The job details are texted to the business owner, and for this demo that's us. You won't get a text back. It won't give you a quote or a time. It only takes the message.
